Emotional Intelligence Tip of the Week
This week let's focus on how powerful we can be...
As all of us have experienced, at one time or another, fear can keep us from moving in the desired direction.

At an extreme level, fear becomes paralyzing or manifests itself in panic attacks.

As Mark Twain once said about fear and the role our own mind plays
in enabling the debilitating impact of fear: "I have suffered through a whole lot
of horrible experiences in my life, most of which have never happened."

Our mind takes us to the worst possible scenario, and it is up to us to realize this as it is happening and overcome it.
