Emotional Intelligence Tip of the Week
This week let's focus on the good things...
…that happen in our lives, in both this past year and years before.

We must consistently remind ourselves of all the peace, joy, and contentment that we have felt.

My experience is that the human mind often remembers the things we would like to forget and forgets the things we would like to remember. We can mitigate this by consciously focusing on good times and good feelings.

One of my favorite quotes about this comes from Paul Newman: "Happiness is Good Health and a Bad Memory."

"Be peaceful… be a lifelong learner…and lead a meaningful life by assisting others…"
