Emotional Intelligence Tip of the Week
This week let's focus on treating each other with dignity...
In other words: let’s honor and respect others’ time, space, person, beliefs and ideas.

This does not mean we have to agree with everything another person believes, it just means that we respect their rights as an individual human being to think and believe differently from us.

Try to keep in mind that one person’s civil rights end where another’s begins. If all of us could keep this in mind as we move through our days there would be a lot more thoughtfulness to our actions and accordingly a lot less conflict.
