ISO 31030 was published in September 2021 to complement the general ISO 31000 Risk Management Standard. The ISO standard is the first truly global benchmark for travel risk management and provides a framework of good practice.

This White Paper aims to help corporate understand the ISO's potential implications for an employer's travel security obligations and liabilities in the context of existing UK law. Understanding ISO 31030 will help corporates whose employees are required to travel to consider the extent to which they are meeting their duty of care to their employees and others in the context of travel. Nothing within this paper should treated as legal advice, which will always vary depending on the specific situation.

As Wilde made her presentation, a woman from the audience approached the stage and reached up towards Wilde with a large envelope. Wilde accepted the envelope and, momentarily confused, opened it and briefly read the contents. Wilde then placed the papers back in the envelope and continued her presentation smoothly.

After the session ended, the details of that interaction came out: Wilde had been served child-custody documents. However, the interloper was not an event-crasher who committed illegal trespassing. A reporter for entertainment website Vulture reported via Twitter that a "well-placed source" at CinemaCon claimed that the person "had all the right credentials in place, including the I.D. lanyard and Covid vax bracelet" that attendees must wear.
