AG: Motel 6 to Pay $12M For Providing Information To ICE

Motel 6 will pay $12 million to resolve a lawsuit against the brand for voluntarily providing guest lists to agents of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a routine basis for more than two years, according to the state attorney general’s office.
