Emotional Intelligence Tip of the Week
This week let's focus on the importance of being flexible...
Often times we become stubborn and entrenched in our ways or are unwilling to see things from another person’s perspective.

Being flexible and compromising allows us to move through life with less stress and conflict.

It is not always possible as all of us tend to have a line in the sand, which is usually established by our ego.

Try to remember that it isn't about being right or wrong; it’s about respecting other people’s perceptions and positions.

If you are flexible, you will never get bent out of shape.
