Emotional Intelligence Tip of the Week
This week let's focus on smiling a whole lot...
Let’s start now…SMILE... Have you noticed that smiles, like yawns, are contagious, so when we smile at someone else, we will trigger a chain reaction of smiles.

Now let's turn that smile into laughter. Laughing is so good for us, it relieves stress and relaxes us.

Let's learn to lighten up and laugh at ourselves.  Think about something you have done lately that was really funny (but maybe you didn’t catch it at the time because you were too intense or serious) and laugh out loud.

Smiling and laughing can change our whole perspective on an event or circumstances, and as we have discussed before - By changing our perspective, we change our reality, we change our response to the event or circumstances.

Give it a try.
